Private Cremation with ashes returned
- Under 20 pounds $140.00
- 21-50 pounds $165.00
- 51-80 pounds $180.00
- 81-100 pounds $205.00
- Over 100 pounds $220.00
*The cremated remains are returned in a temporary container unless an alternative selection has been made. Clay paw prints can be done for $30.00 each and ink paw prints are $15.00 each.
*Cremation price includes pick up from your Vet office within a 25-mile radius to Tulsa. Mileage is $2.00 per mile, one way. Removal from your home is $75.00, in addition, to the cremation charge, or you are welcome to bring the pet to us.
*Outside business hours is $150 to remove the pet from your home or $75 If you bring the pet to us. An authorization form must be completed and payment arrangements made before the cremation can be started. If payment is made in full, the cremains will be available for pick up or delivery within 24 to 48 hours. There are several options for filling out the authorization form. It can be done at your vet clinic, through the button below, or you are welcome to come into our office. Unfortunately, Care Credit cannot be accepted as payment at this time. We accept all major credit cards or cash. We do not accept checks.
